A Config keyword that entirely suppresses the use of Windows themes.

Config WINDOWS_THEMES OFF|ON

OFF turns Windows themes off.

ON allows Windows themes.

It can be set in BRConfig.sys, using the CONFIG comman, or even from within a program using the Execute statement.
