The "SCOL = column" parameter identifies the starting column for the window. The "column" portion for this parameter can be any integer within the size of the main BR window. If a border is specified for the window, it must be 1 more than the desired starting place, to account for a one column border. The value of "column" cannot exceed the value of the ending column.
