BRServer cannot be started directly.

Receive a messagebox with a caption of BusinessRules! and a message which states BRServer cannot be started directly. To run BR in client-server mode, install and start BRListener.exe

You need to run Install.exe (server side) to start the service, which will use BRListerner.exe. BRListerner.exe should be located in the C:\Windows folder.
